Payment Method

Currently RazorPay is our preferred payment gateway provider. We accept all kinds of Debit, Credit Cards, Net Banking and UPI payments

Cancellation policy:

You may cancel the order before it is dispatched. In case the order is cancelled after it is dispatched, we will deduct 30% of the total cost of the product as shipping and warehousing charges.

Refund:

Refund claims should be raised within 24 hours of receiving the packet. Refund will be applicable only if the package is defective, damaged or lost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  The item should be handed over to our shipping agent within the stipulated time as informed by Fresh Foods Kerala.

In case you need to raise refund for reasons other than the above, you may contact us in advance before making the claims.

Your money will be refunded within 7 working days from time of processing the refund. Refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card which was used to make transaction during the purchase.

Return & Replace:

Please contact Fresh Foods Kerala at freshfoodswky@gmail.com or call 6235468847 if you wish to replace the items for any reasons.
